Arthur Kipps es un joven abogado cuya empresa lo envía a un lugar remoto para vender la casa de un cliente que acaba de fallecer. Arthur Kipps is a young lawyer whose company sends him to a remote location to sell the house for a client who has just died. The management apparently routinely encountered certain difficulties: the neighbors are reluctant to talk about the house or near it, besides, no one is willing to admit the existence of a black woman he is sure to be seen.
